Add one to two bananas, according to your liking. Bananas are not only filling and smoothie-licous, but they’re packed with vitamin B6, manganese, vitamin C, fiber, potassium, and then some!
Add 16 ounces of Real Coconut Water, or alkaline coconut water. This hydrates and balances out the pH levels in the body.
