abstemious: [ab-stee-mee-uhs] (a) restrained, particularly regarding the consumption of food or alcohol

in a sentence: Though the minister preached abstemious principles to his congregation, he and his family led a rather crapulous lifestyle.


greedy: (a) having an excessive, selfish appetite or desire for food, wealth or power.

in a sentence: The big kid that tried to drink up the chocolate river in the movie “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” got into trouble with Willy Wonka and the Oompa Loompas because he was greedy.
